Für sämtliche Angebote, Offerten und Dienstleistungen von Swiss Private Selected Tours, Chur (GmbH mit Eintrag im Handelsregister des Kantons Graubünden) gelten folgende AGBs:
HAFTUNGSAUSSCHLUSSDie Teilnahme an unseren Touren erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko und Verantwortung. Es werden sämtliche Arten der Haftung, wie z.B. Veranstalterhaftung und deren Folgekosten, ausgeschlossen. Wir haften nicht für Unfälle, Tod, Erkrankungen, Diebstahl oder bei Streik oder witterungsbedingten Programmänderungen. Folgekosten bei vorzeitigem Abbruch der Veranstaltung oder Reise- sowie Arzt- und Spitalkosten der Teilnehmenden oder des Auftraggebers werden nicht übernommen. Wir übernehmen keine Verantwortung für verzögerte Anschlussreisen, z.B. bei hohem Verkehrsaufkommen oder Unfällen. Wir haften nicht für Fehler und Fahrlässigkeit von Dritten oder Partnern. Ein Abschluss einer Reiseversicherung wird empfohlen. PREISANGABEN UND DIENSTLEISTUNGEN SIND OHNE GEWÄHR Die auf der Web Page www.swiss-private-selected-tours.ch oder anderen Publikationen von Swiss Private Selected Tours angegebenen Preise und Angebote können jederzeit und ohne vorherige Ankündigung geändert werden und sind daher unverbindlich und ohne Gewähr. BUCHUNG Für sämtliche Ausflüge gilt: Falls Kunden von Swiss Private Selected Tours mehr als 24 Stunden vor Tourenbeginn mitteilen, dass Sie an diesem Tag verhindert sein werden, besteht die Möglichkeit ab dem Tag der vollständig eingegangenen Bezahlung, innerhalb von 6 Monaten die identische oder eine vergleichbaren Tour zu buchen. Dabei fällt eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von CHF 50.00 pro Person an. Falls Sie bei einer gebuchten Tour nicht erscheinen - ohne vorgängige Mitteilung an Swiss Private Selected Tours oder die Buchung zu stornieren - verlieren Sie den Gesamtbetrag ersatzlos. Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, eine Tour z.B. bei schlechter Witterung abzusagen. Sämtliche Zahlungen an den Veranstalter werden in diesem Falle an den Kunden zurückbezahlt. Wir empfehlen eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung. Für individuell gestaltete Swiss Private Selected Tours: Bei Stornierungen mindestens 30 Tage vor dem Antritt der Tour können Sie alle geleisteten Zahlungen für eine alternative Dienstleistung von Swiss Private Selected Tours innerhalb von 6 Monaten verschieben. Umbuchungen sind gegen eine Umbuchungsgebühr von CHF 50.00 pro Person bei Verfügbarkeit auf einen alternativen Termin möglich. Falls Sie bei einer gebuchten Tour nicht erscheinen - ohne vorgängig die Buchung zu stornieren - verlieren Sie den Gesamtbetrag ersatzlos. Swiss Private Selected Tours behält sich vor, eine Tour z.B. bei schlechter Witterung abzusagen. Sämtliche Zahlungen an den Veranstalter werden in diesem Falle an den Kunden zurückbezahlt. Wir empfehlen eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung. Für individuell gestaltete Ausflüge: Wird der Auftrag annulliert, so stellt Swiss Private Selected Tours entfallene Leistungen wie folgt in Rechnung:

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITYParticipation in our tours is at your own risk and liability. All forms of liability, such as operator liability and consequential expenses, are excluded. We do not assume any liability for accidents, death, sickness, theft, strikes, or changes of programme due to the weather. Consequential expenses due to early termination of the excursion as well as travel, medical, and hospital expenses of the participants or the contracting party will not be assumed. We accept no liability for delayed connecting journeys, e.g., in the event of high traffic volumes or accidents. We exclude all liability for mistakes and negligence of third parties or partners. It is recommended that participants conclude a travel insurance policy. ALL PRICES AND SERVICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE The prices and offers indicated on the website www.swiss-private-selected-tours.ch or in other publications of Swiss Private Selected Tours may be changed at any time without notice and are therefore not binding and not guaranteed. USE OF PROPERTY OF SWISS PRIVATE SELECTED TOURS All contents of printed materials as well as the website www.swiss-private-selected-tours.ch are the property of Swiss Private Selected Tours. The entire website as well as the company logo, all photos and texts may not be duplicated, copied, linked to, passed on, changed, or reused for commercial or private purposes. All such uses require a written request and subsequent approval by Swiss Private Selected Tours. All rights belong to Swiss Private Selected Tours or were made available by third parties for publication by Swiss Private Selected Tours. BOOKING The following applies to all excursions: If clients of Swiss Private Selected Tours notify more than 24 hours before the start of the tour that they will be unable to attend on that day, there is the option of booking an identical or comparable tour within 6 months of the day on which the full payment was received. A processing fee of CHF 50.00 per person will be charged. If you do not show up for a booked tour – without having notified Swiss Private Selected Tours in advance or cancelled the booking – you will forfeit the entire amount without any reimbursement. The operator reserves the right to cancel a tour e.g. due to bad weather. In that case, all payments to the operator will be reimbursed to the client. We recommend concluding a travel cancellation insurance policy. For individually designed Swiss Private Selected Tours: If a cancellation is made at least 30 days before the start of the tour, you can apply all payments made to an alternate service offered by Swiss Private Selected Tours within 6 months. Rebooking is possible for a rebooking fee of CHF 50.00 per person if the alternate date is available. If you do not show up for a booked tour – without having cancelled the booking in advance – you will forfeit the entire amount without any reimbursement. Swiss Private Selected Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour e.g. due to bad weather. In that case, all payments to the operator will be reimbursed to the client. We recommend concluding a travel cancellation insurance policy. For individually designed excursions: If the booking is cancelled, Swiss Private Selected Tours will charge the following for the cancelled package:
